About UsFounded in 1972, Robert's real estate background is extensive, he has worked for the Nation's biggest land syndication company. As well as doing property acquisition and disposition for many major syndication companies. These experiences, combined with property and portfolio management for numerous clients as well as the development of commercial property over the past 30+ years has given Mr. Zink the expertise to research investment properties and identify solutions and opportunities for real estate investors.Robert Zink is a member and former President of the S.E.C. (Society of Exchange Counselors), a select group of commercial real estate brokers located throughout the United States. The S.E.C. is comprised of 90 members and membership is by invitation only. Today, Mr. Zink is personally invested in several TIC properties around the Northwest, including Eugene, Albany, and Lake Oswego. So far this year, Zink Realty has closed over $2 million in TIC transactions per month. A graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Economics, Robert makes his home here in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and three children. When not finding real estate investments for his many clients, he spends his time as a dedicated family man, community member, and youth soccer volunteer. His hobbies include skiing, reading, and traveling with his family.
